New release of Tiatr tickets to LAC Box Office

We have released $35 and $40 tickets to be directly by the LAC box office in response to queries for lower denomination tickets through that source. They are available either by phone or online

The right and left block of tickets in row C to F have been released at $35
The rows E & F in the middle block have been released at $40

Please promote this change widely to those who want premium seats at a 'best rate' ticket price as the $35 tickets appear to have been the most popular. We still have many $25 tickets available directly from ticket sellers for GoaNetters Association of Toronto, Mangalorean Association of Canada and Goan Konkani Troupe at the numbers listed below....

EAST: Joe Vaz 416-724-5386, Walter Tavares 647-883-7083, Maxim D'Mello 416-473-6729
WEST: Lisette Saldanha 905-813-7787, Winnie Crasto 905-890-2725, Ronald and Cynthie Fernandes 905-813-0458
DOWNTOWN: Ivan Lobo 416-414-3916
UPTOWN: Ben Antao 416 250-8885, Lourdino Rodrigues 416-244-7923
For Orchestra Rows B - F, please call L.A.C. Box Office at 905.306.6000 or 1.888.805.8888

For those who have already seen and enjoyed the play, we are finding increased support for donations of tickets to those who would love to see it but cannot afford it for various reasons. If they wish, sponsors can provide the ticket seller with an envelope with their contact information on it in which the tickets will be handed to appropriate recipients. It will be then incumbent upon the recipient to appropriately thank the donor. Otherwise the donation can be made anonymously. There are also 20 wheelchair accessible seats available for seniors who need them.

If you know of anyone who legitimately cannot afford the tickets, please contact Lisette or myself if you cannot find a sponsor within your own circle of influence. We already have donated tickets in our possession and interest in this program is increasing as soon as it is offered to generous tiatr aficionados who want to share the enjoyment of this event.

Thanks for your interest and help with this cultural highlight of the 2008 International Goan Convention.

Kevin
ps. Also please remind purchasers about various theatre policies at the LAC.
